Trafalgar Property Management is without question one of the worst managing agencies I have ever dealt with.
Emails and phone calls routinely went unanswered for weeks. There was no acknowledgement of receipt, no follow-up, and no accountability. Payments due to me were delayed for months and were only released after repeated emails and formal complaints.
The hypocrisy was striking: while my correspondence and payments were ignored for extended periods, I received aggressive emails when my levy was one day late.
Since changing to a new managing agency, the difference has been dramatic — communication is prompt, finances are handled properly, and issues are resolved efficiently.
I would strongly advise anyone to stay clear of Trafalgar Property Management. There are far better and more professional alternatives available.
