Trafalgar Property Management is without question one of the worst managing agencies I have ever dealt with. Emails and phone calls routinely went unanswered for weeks. There was no acknowledgement of receipt, no follow-up, and no accountability. Payments due to me were delayed for months and were only released after repeated emails and formal complaints. The hypocrisy was striking: while my correspondence and payments were ignored for extended periods, I received aggressive emails when my levy was one day late. Since changing to a new managing agency, the difference has been dramatic — communication is prompt, finances are handled properly, and issues are resolved efficiently. I would strongly advise anyone to stay clear of Trafalgar Property Management. There are far better and more professional alternatives available.
Discovery rejected a water damage claim for our home. They had about 4 contractors come to investigate the source of the leak at our house. In the end they rejected the claim claiming the builders didn't do the waterproofing adequately. I will fully accept this if they can show me their findings that led them to this believe. But after multiple emails to and through they just keep pointing out the terms of the insurance which isn't helpful at all. There is still water leaking but discovery won't share their finding and they won't help with repairs. I even asked if I could contact the contractors privately but they just told me if I don't agree I can dispute the claim. I'm so frustrated. Also they just keep sending emails. When I asked if someone can please phone me they refused.
Unable to reach their customer service. Called 3 times. Waited in the queue 12-15min and then the called gets cut. Shocking if you take into account how expensive their devises are.
Avoid. I'm so sorry I didn't read these reviews before signing up. They provide terrible support. You get posted from pillar to post in an endless cycle of frustration.
Stay away from this company. It is nearly impossible to get hold of them. They have this stupid WhatsApp service that doesn't work. It took me 36 hrs to get connected to an agent, only to be cut off. It took me 3 days to cancel my service and ended up paying for an extra month. I'll never do business with them again.
I made some enquiries to Sarix more than 2 weeks ago and haven't had a single reply. Very sluggish client service. SatrixNOW Ticket created - 1296493
They're customer care is non existing. They don't answer their phones and the WhatsApp service is a dud. This company isn't going to last much longer if they continue like this.
I've had poor service from Satrix. I've been trying since the middle of December to make changes on my Satrix account. Thus far I've only received automated replies and nothing else. No call from a representative and no personal follow-up from any of the many representatives I've spoken to over the phone. There are many options available these days for easy investment you guys are falling behind.
Good easy service from Discovery when my car broke down. The agent was kind and efficient. The towing truck company they used was unfortunately not very good. The driver kept driving in circles unable to find me even after I sent him my location via WhatsApp. Thanks again Ayabula Sibanda
Been with Webafrica now for 6 months. My internet is working and billing no hassle or problem. Happy with their service.
