On the 16th of April 2022 I had an accident with a Transbus Africa Bus . The driver reversed on to meand it was determined that he was in the wrong. I claimed from my insurance and paid excess of R10000 for which is refundable by the third party being Transbus Africa . We have been dealing with a lady called Deepika Rungasami who is absolutely rude , racist and a nightmare to deal with . She does not respond to emails , or calls and is never at the office . It has been 3 months now and does not bother to respond to anything or provide feedback . This is absolutely unacceptable. I need a person from Transbus Africa who can assist with this matter and provide a way forward as we cannot be dealing with such incompetence , racism and bad culture in 2022. Should I not obtain assistance, I will have no choice but to seek help from the small claims court for which Transbus will be liable for my legal fees . I've appointed a lawyer but she does not respond even to that . I need urgent assistance .
