Good day, my name is Sibongile Buthelezi. I have a dispute that is on going with Transbus since Easter holidays. We've been waiting for feedback from Redwaan the manager since June as we went to them on April after family day. We have booked the bus from Zola Soweto to KZN Nquthu on the 18th of April midnight so our trip was on 18/04/2025 00:01 for Good Friday service for our church,however the bus was sent on the 18th around 9:30 no one sent an apology for what transpired however it was only us that tried to reach them from 00:30 till the morning, we were waiting outside the school frozen and around 3am it started raining there. On the 22 were went there however the manager hid from us and the staff were not helpful. We requested for refund for hours waited for but till today no money was paid back and it is 4 months later. Redwaan ignores my calls and text.

I'm extremely dissapointed with the appalling service our church received from TransBus Africa Fleurhoff branch. We booked a bus in Feb and they were not able to deliver accordingly and when we complained, they've been giving us a run around for the past four month without a solution. This is very dissapointing

We hired a bus from Transbus and paid the full amount. Their driver didn't show up on the day and we were later informed that he got lost, so no service was rendered to us. They now want to involve us in their own internal processes with the driver and that is non of our business. We requested a refund from the company and nothing has been done two weeks later. We went to their office yesterday and were promised the refund would be done by the end of day but that too didn't happen. Following up on our refund today and we were told management is not in today and the finance lady is off sick. Their excuses to process the refund is never ending. Transbus customer service is Non Existent, all the care about is money going into their bank account. Beware when dealing with Transbus Africa

On the 16th of April 2022 I had an accident with a Transbus Africa Bus . The driver reversed on to meand it was determined that he was in the wrong. I claimed from my insurance and paid excess of R10000 for which is refundable by the third party being Transbus Africa . We have been dealing with a lady called Deepika Rungasami who is absolutely rude , racist and a nightmare to deal with . She does not respond to emails , or calls and is never at the office . It has been 3 months now and does not bother to respond to anything or provide feedback . This is absolutely unacceptable. I need a person from Transbus Africa who can assist with this matter and provide a way forward as we cannot be dealing with such incompetence , racism and bad culture in 2022. Should I not obtain assistance, I will have no choice but to seek help from the small claims court for which Transbus will be liable for my legal fees . I've appointed a lawyer but she does not respond even to that . I need urgent assistance .

I've been dealing with a lady named Preeti from transbus africa. I hired out a bus that ended up not being used we then agreed on a 50% refund since I didn't use the bus. It's over a month I still haven't received my refund. She sent me a proof of payment on Friday but the money is still not in my account, I even sent her my bank statement. So I don't know if the proof of payment is also fake because I've been trying to get my money back for so long now. Im just annoyed by the terrible treatment and bad service.

I booked a bus with them and they gave us a very poor bus with the driver not told where to go from the original address. We were unveiling a tombstone and had to wait for an hour waiting for the bus. I called them and asked them to return my call with explanation but never did. Very bad poor service. Never to use them ever.
