I've been dealing with Jurita Wentzel from coast PlusGroup. I don't want to put the full story on this platform however I'm due for a refund and she's not responding to emails and taking my calls. The one time she did take my call she told me there's a backlog however they are working on it she has submitted all documents to finance almost a month later still nothing. I'm actually ****ed because I've been patient enough.
Please be aware of this traveling agent Unqique KayBee Events and Travel her modus operandi is no different from that of the recent company silver touch we have paid R107 000.00 for a trip to Mauritius through her company she has given us the run around. We have also opened a case against her I believe her other victims assault her and threaten her but we are going to let the law take his cause. One of the ladies we are traveling with has used her hard earned bonus money to pay for this trip and yet someone just thinks they can benefit just like that. I'm pleading that more victims also come out because its not the 1st she's done this. One lady claims they had to threaten her for the trip to eventually happen.
Edgars Mall of the south the Manager at the MAC department Louis and her colleagues are so unprofessional I was there to return my mac makeup powder which is not working for my skin type as mac changed their formula. 1stly how does a store not have a manager over the weekend to stand in for the manager that's off. I now have to come back over the week to exchange the powder. I called the manager and she says she's the only one that authorizes returns and why did I use the powder... like how was I supposed to know that the new formula would make me look orange. If it was a store in Sandton they wouldn't hesitate to replace/refund it. Why is they also only 1 manager at the store???
I accidentally paid money into a standard bank account from and FNB account the number I paid into was 10 digits as I put an extra digit at the end. Standard bank account numbers start with alot of zeros and are either 9 or 11 digits when I go on my app the account that appears is 7 digits I take it omitted the zeros which still doesn't make sense. I went to the branch and I was told the account doesn't exist however FNB invistagtion complaints says the money went to that I account. I need standard bank to inform me where the money went and how to recover it because I've been there twice and they've said it doesn't exist. Can this case be allocated to a senior person who is able to provide a proper report as to where the funds went as this was a large some and for business purposes.

FNB comes back and sends me an email which doesn't even allow you to respond back saying standard bank has confirmed the funds went through my case number with FNB is CAS-2270342-W2L9N7 and 1-5690587685 bank account numbers start with alot of zeros so I don't know if automatically omitted one zero to make it 9 digits. I need answers.
I have received my order, I'm happy with my items. They can just improve on their communication just to keep the client updated on their order. However I'm happy.
It's a BIG ****. DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Everyday he'll come with stories why you haven't received your order and eventually he just stops taking your calls.
The person that had referred me to one of their central developments property has not been granted their referral discount it's been 3 months already and their office keep coming up with stories. My 1st review was removed after a lady had called to say they are investigating the matter she has not come back to me. Personally I will not referring any tenants as they use the "referral discount" as a strategy to drive sales and once you've referred tenants they come up with all sorts of stories to disqualify the discount. If you've been driven to refer people thinking you'll get a discount forget about it they don't care once they have the sale/tenant and you'll never get that discount so don't bother!!!
I had moved in to one of their Developments in June 2024 because I was referred to by a friend who lives in the complex, and apparently when you refer a tenant you are eligible to some sort of discount on 1 months rental fee. Bare in mind I'm just looking for a place to stay I have no idea about this "so called discount". Upon signing my lease I'm then given a key ring which says if you refer people you get this "1 months rental discount" I then inform the agent that I was actually referred by so and so who lives there and the agent then says he'll note it and ensures that the person who referred me gets the discount. Fast forward I've moved on with my life I'm assuming my friend had already been granted this discount 3 months later I get a call from Sihle Skosana who asks me how do I know the place. I respond by saying I've lived in the area for over 20 years that's how I know the place, bare in mind I would have NEVER even considered living here had it not been for my friend who spoke highly about the place and considering I drive past there almost everyday. I'm thinking this is just a courtsey call but actually its a setup, Sihle is calling me with his own motives to verify the referral by asking me how do I know the place and NOT had I been referred... The following day after the call my friend says he won't be granted the discount I'm surprised because I thought he got the discount 3 months back already. In summary my complaint is about the dishonesty they display by driving sales with the intention pursing tenants to refer people and when it's time for you to be eligible to the discount they duck and dive and build up a case without your knowledge. I honestly thought Sihle was giving me a courtesy call only to discover he had his on motives of disqualifying the discount. My final word is that I will not be referring anyone to live here and I'm glad I only took a 6months lease because of someone who genuinely convinced me to give this place a try. If you are motivated to refer people with the intention of getting a discount don't bother it won't happen.
I've been requesting this company to transfer my domain for over a month now it still hasn't been done. You call and hold for hours. They even ignoring my emails now. They are holding me hostage my business operations have suffered as I can't access my business emails. I wouldn't advise any small business to use them for hosting. Nxa
