Vodacom admin is a complete nightmare. I spoke to the pre-legal team twice to arrange for a debit order . They debited an incorrect amount during the month of April which completely inconvenienced me . Please can they debit as per instruction given
This is the worst experience I've had from vodacom, my account is just a mess . I have emailed collections several times , I have spoken to a consultant several times and been to the store several times and still nothing has been resolved. I have been charged on insurance that was canceled long ago and items on my statement show items which have been canceled long ago . I am not using any of the Sim cards yet my account remains being overbilled . I need all charges that have been charged on my statement incorrectly to be back dated and reversed , my monthly installment to be what is agreed and my account to only have charges which make sense . I have sent several emails for this with no help whatsoever.
I have had the worst experience with Santam . I have been dealing with a Claims specialist om the legal Liabilities department and goes by the name Andre Louw . My third party liability claim was submit more than a month ago and he chose to not act on it . I then followed up and I was advised that he is on sick leave but my claim is in its finalisation stage . I then emailed Andre and he advised that he has nothing on the system related to this claim . I explained to him what my claim is related to and what I require , he then forwarded me all the documents that I need to submit to him so that he can assist me . After going through all the trouble to obtain those documents and send through everything, he then advises that he can't help me . He is the most unprofessional claims specialist I have come across, his emails are incomplete, he chooses when to reply to emails and when not to and he has now since ignored my emails . This is really shocking and disappointing from a big organization such as Santam .
On the 16th of April 2022 I had an accident with a Transbus Africa Bus . The driver reversed on to meand it was determined that he was in the wrong. I claimed from my insurance and paid excess of R10000 for which is refundable by the third party being Transbus Africa . We have been dealing with a lady called Deepika Rungasami who is absolutely rude , racist and a nightmare to deal with . She does not respond to emails , or calls and is never at the office . It has been 3 months now and does not bother to respond to anything or provide feedback . This is absolutely unacceptable. I need a person from Transbus Africa who can assist with this matter and provide a way forward as we cannot be dealing with such incompetence , racism and bad culture in 2022. Should I not obtain assistance, I will have no choice but to seek help from the small claims court for which Transbus will be liable for my legal fees . I've appointed a lawyer but she does not respond even to that . I need urgent assistance .

Policy number: 005 111 2506 I thought Liberty Life was one of most trusted and reliable companies however my experience with their shocking services have proved me wrong. Despite several calls and follow up over several weeks Liberty is still failing to finalise the claim.
I have recieved the most disappointing service from Netflorist! I had an order date of 15 May 2021 and I recieved no delivery! Only upon my call to query when delivery will take place so I can avail myself, was I told that delivery will take place Monday ! This is absolutely ridiculous, there is a reason why I chose a gift with today's date and only upon me querying am I told when delivery will take place . Had I not enquired, I would've waited for delivery all day . This is the LAST time I purchase from Netflorist. The agent whom I called was even so rude to hang up on me while I was requesting a cancellation. Please CANCEL my order AND REFUND ME!!!
Hollard has given us the most horrible experience regarding the funeral cover. We are kept on being given excuses after excuses after excuses with no solid feedback or way forward. I would never use their services again or advise anyone to do so ! This is absurd and absolutely disappointing. We have since even been to the head office . Its shocking how you pay monthly premiums but get poor service when its time to deliver. My family and I are extremely traumatized.
I am extremely disappointed by Discovery in their processes and weak internal controls . I was blacklisted unfairly when I had sent through proof of payment several times and sent through emails several times with no response. As a young individual and a professional this is an extremely negative impact on my profile . Please can I get assistance as soon as possible as this is unacceptable .
I've had a bad day today all because of vodacom!! Being stuck with a phone that doesn't work and being sent from pillar to post all day with no help! I only got my upgrade last wee****!
