I firstly checked their ratings and was impressed but when I had to claim I really struggled. WhatsApp group for home assist disconnected to the actual claim WhatsApp. For claims I got messages saying consultants will be with you shortly and the day went without anyone responding. I paid service providers due to lack of response which was never paid. I sent a message for cancellation and with no time I got a call and consultant said they prioritize phone calls and they don't have call back option. How was I supposed to call if I had no airtime? Their platform needs improving a lot maybe it was me who was unfortunate I don't know.
I booked a bus with them and they gave us a very poor bus with the driver not told where to go from the original address. We were unveiling a tombstone and had to wait for an hour waiting for the bus. I called them and asked them to return my call with explanation but never did. Very bad poor service. Never to use them ever.
I bought a generator and was promised delivery with in 5 days but every time I had to follow up and got a different story. Eventually they offered to refund me and asked for my bank details. No refunds came through.
I had a good trip and paid with my credit card and I have been charged various amounts R21 R50 for nothing to a point where I have to cancel my credit card. No where to query.
