We hired a bus from Transbus and paid the full amount. Their driver didn't show up on the day and we were later informed that he got lost, so no service was rendered to us. They now want to involve us in their own internal processes with the driver and that is non of our business. We requested a refund from the company and nothing has been done two weeks later. We went to their office yesterday and were promised the refund would be done by the end of day but that too didn't happen. Following up on our refund today and we were told management is not in today and the finance lady is off sick. Their excuses to process the refund is never ending. Transbus customer service is Non Existent, all the care about is money going into their bank account. Beware when dealing with Transbus Africa
Super Spar Xavier is going on like some money making scheme and claiming this to be one of their policies We were there to purchase tickets from Ticket Pro, we were told that they accept cash only. Such a big company requesting cash only when customers are avoiding to carry cash during this silly season( wake up & move with the times ). Luckily we had just enough cash and purchased the tickets. There after we needed to withdraw cash from their tills(since we used the cash we had to buy the tickets) and were now told that we have to buy something for us to get cash from the till. The problem is Spar is forcing customers to buy tickets cash but they can't allow customers to withdraw cash. Spar is demanding customers to pay in cash but as customers we are not good enough to get our own cash from their tills? Doesn't Spar have an agreement with the banks to allow customers to withdraw cash from the tills? I went to the Customer Care counter to complain about this issue and the man by the name of Sun Deep at the counter said he is the owner and was not willing to change this "policy". He stated that all Spars are doing the same and that's it is their policy. It very unfair for customers, other supermarkets allow customers to withdraw cash without forcing sales. Bottom line can be reached without forcing sales on customers. T.P
Edgars is fraudulently charging me 2xPremiums for cellphone insurance. The cellphone was stolen and claim approved for a replacement but they are charging me for the lost phone and the new one. I have been transferred around between Edgar's and IUA in an attempt to resolve this issue
Worst Service from Homechoice. I returned the goods purchased and was told to wait for 21days for a refund. The head office received the goods but did not even send me acknowledgement in this regard and did not log a refund since the 1st week of Sep'21. I had to call and only then, then request proof of payment which I sent. Now I must call them for my refund but it seems they do not want to refund my money. They are keeping my money and their goods. I need my refund and will never again buy anything from Homechoice.
