<p>good day</p> <p>we have been subscribing to Transunion for 25 years</p> <p>we pay for the subscription up front for the entire year</p> <p>we pay for courier service to deliver our trade books to our offices</p> <p>for April - we received only one trade book on the 21st of April - we didnt receive the auto dealers guide at all</p> <p>for May - we received the commercial dealters guide but to date have not receive the auto dealers guide</p> <p>we have paid for this service timeously yet - every month we receive a statement from transunion credit bureau showing that we still owe an amount of R2909.74 - which was supposedly from 2015 or 2016</p> <p>i have reconciled accounts and they have billed us for an extra subscription</p> <p>i have sent e-mails to their various departments - yet we receive the same statement from their credit bureau and even worse customer service when it comes to delivering the guides on time</p> <p>our account number with Transunion is ********** 02</p> <p>thank you</p>
