Purchased and paid(both online) for two car value reports on 20 November 2017. I received the invoices and confirmation that my bank had processed the payment. When I didnt receive the reports by mail, I posted a query on an enquiry on the website. The message returned that some one would get back to me shortly. I got no response so called the call centre this morning. After the endless IVR system I endured the nonsensical security that involves send me a pin via sms and after I read it back to the operator her next questions was "please confirm your mobile number" !! The lady was unable to assist and could not escalate the issue because her team leader was in a meeting. I tried again a little later and endured the identical experience. This operator said she would call me back shortly...that we 4 hours ago. So, still no delivery or response. The call centre has a message saying they are experiencing high call volumes....

I purchased two vehicle value reports about a week ago. In both cases nothing was received from them. I phoned them last week Monday and they indicated that they are having problems but will resolve in 72 hours. By Friday nothing has happened so I phoned again. They indicated that they are still having issues but will communicate by Friday afternoon. Suffice to say nothing happened. They simply do not care.

<p>I discovered today that I have a default of +-R303 000 lodged under my name, with a comment " incorrectly stated", I do not have any debt, and it is thus unthinkable that this can be. I applied for property rental, and this came up. I demand that the record be removed from my record with immediate effect, and confirmation of this be provided in writing. I also indist that an appology be sent in writing.</p> <p> </p>

<p>Dealer guides paid for but first month i sent my couriers to collect, next month they were apparently posted.</p> <p>Been 2 months now and still no dealer guides. Paid an additional amount 4 weeks ago to have them couriered. To date no books. Have contacted call centre on numerous occassions just to be told they have been couriered. No tracking number can be supplied. Really such bad service.</p>

<p>I received an statement via email with no invoices or any idea what it was for. I sent an email and phoned in 7 times just to let them put me through to the "correct department" and cut me of.. Worst service ever</p>

<p>I recently subscribed to Transunion, the lady who helped me asked for my credit card details, I gave it to her as you have to pay a R319-00 once off fee, she took 2x R319-00 of my account.</p> <p>I phoned numerous times and mailed account statement as proof that my money was taken unlawfully, to date almost two months I recieved no joy from the people, it seems they are conning clients out of money</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very very disgusted with these type of dealings</p>

<p>good day</p> <p>we have been subscribing to Transunion for 25 years</p> <p>we pay for the subscription up front for the entire year</p> <p>we pay for courier service to deliver our trade books to our offices</p> <p>for April - we received only one trade book on the 21st of April - we didnt receive the auto dealers guide at all</p> <p>for May - we received the commercial dealters guide but to date have not receive the auto dealers guide</p> <p>we have paid for this service timeously yet - every month we receive a statement from transunion credit bureau showing that we still owe an amount of R2909.74 - which was supposedly from 2015 or 2016</p> <p>i have reconciled accounts and they have billed us for an extra subscription</p> <p>i have sent e-mails to their various departments - yet we receive the same statement from their credit bureau and even worse customer service when it comes to delivering the guides on time</p> <p>our account number with Transunion is ********** 02</p> <p>thank you</p>

<p>Paid for a service in November 2016 for transunion 1 check and they have never given us passwords </p> <p>requested refund still not done they dont answer there phone call or emails .</p> <p>Wonder if they would log a judgement for themselves </p> <p> </p>
