These guys are extension of Skyfi see all the reports on Skifi . Started recieving emails from Fiberstream support that i had opened a work ticket with them when I do not have a account with them. I did have a account with Skyfi and closed the same due to none trasparancy ,was then informed they have taken over skyfi or they just changed names .
This so-called company has been calling me sometime twice a day with pre-recored message .I have not consent to this and have called them twice to remove me from there data base and they just ignore the request . Judging from all the comments on Hello Peter they are Parasites
Charged for services and no service given by Vodacom Have cancelled contract due to Vodacom short comings I have lost R4500 in one year . Phone number did not get switched to new system and did not get credited for the relevant bundle . Don't expect Vodacom management to respond

SkyFi still getting bad reviews ,they should be taken out of Buisness
DO NOT use this supplier I signed up with Skyfi and all went well until we tried to access the router to get my security system up and running. I was then informed that SKYFI do not allow access to the router and we must give our user setting to their techs to set up . We were never informed about no access when signing up , and after giving them the chance to find a happy medium SKYFI informed me I must buy another router that they will set up. I was not happy with the same and cancelled a day or two after installation . Skyfi had also set up a false email address for me on Vumatel website and I had to get Vumatel to reset the same in order to move on to a new ISP. I signed M2M contract with Skyfi and cancelled due to non disclosure and now SKYFI want a cancellation fee over and above what they have conned out of us (R3900) In my option they are not giving access to the router because they do have FUP by limiting the bandwidth setting. I have instituted legal action against Skyfi In my opinion once you have signed up with them, their attitude is "you can go fli a kite"
