Active since May 2017
After phoning in twice, on hold for more than 5 minutes. I still have not received my 360 day statement via email. I have no intention of paying the, btw ridiculous fee for an emailed history statement of R350 for something I didn't receive.
Phoned twice, two days apart and was on hold for 20 mins each time. Opened a ticket to be phoned back and I still received no feedback. Worst experience ever.
An over-payment was made based on a quote and the invoice amount was less. They replied they cannot refund the money into our Standard Bank account (their banking app gives an error). I then sent them a different ABSA bank account, still no payment has been made. This is simply theft don't trust them.
<p>An overpayment was made to Auto Trader by our company. According to their statement they owe us R 9,574.86. I contacted auto trader (Mandisa Mtimkulu) and completed all required documents for the refund, its 3 months later and I still haven’t received the refund or any feedback I've also sent a reminder that has been ignored.</p>
<p>I received an statement via email with no invoices or any idea what it was for. I sent an email and phoned in 7 times just to let them put me through to the "correct department" and cut me of.. Worst service ever</p>
