Friendly environment, from the moment I entered the premises to when I left in my vehicle was an absolute breeze. Other dealers can learn from them. With an indepth investigation Motovantage paid my engine replacement. These people are honest and treats clients fairly. Thank you so much for the fairness you handled my claim. One of the best in the bussiness. Your affairs must be in order though, as there are terms and condition that is not read by everyone before signing up.

I resigned from my company I worked for 20 years, on the last day before I left, all my relevant documentation was emailed to Alexander Forbes, and the cc me in the email. Today after 3 weeks I phoned, agent advised they did not recieve my claim forms from the company. I read they do this with allot of people. Wonder if this is on purpose??
I want to compliment The staff member of Villa Baragha, (Bianca) for fast, super efficient service. From the word get go, Bianca handled my stay super fast, very sufficient , with absolutely great client service. A huge thank you to this Guest house for making our booking as painless and effortless as possible. I would highly recommend them if you need place to stay.
<p>I bought items on HP at Gezina Branch, I pay every month more than I should, use my ID number as reference, they send SMS to inform I am behind with account, I showed them all payments, they appologised. Today I recieved a SMS stating I will be hand over due to account in arrears. I called Daleen at GP debt collectors, I mailed her all my proof of payments, she said I am not allowed to use my ID number as reference ( wich I had in the past) or payments cannot be allocated, I feel this franchise accounts department is very very incompetent and does not have a clue what they are doing!!!</p> <p>To hand over a client who never missed one payment in my life on any of my accounts is disgusting and it revolts me, I will never buy from OK Furnitures ever again, just because they have such incompetent employees.</p> <p>Gezina Branch could not even give me an amswer when I asked them why HQ claim I am in arrears, not even after phoning HQ accounts department!</p> <p>Very dissapointed in this regard</p>
<p>My wife went to Nelsprruit for work, she aquired abdominal pain to such extend, that she had to visit DR. They wanted to admit her, she declined and phoned me to fetch her, as she could not drive. I left PTA and picked her up, headed back. On arrivall we phoned Fedhealth, 3x times their operators confirmed that Eugene Marais ( very close to is) is not covered under our scheme. They mailed us a list, we went to 4 x hospitals ons list, my wife in much pain, no one could help us, I phoned Eugene marais, they confirmed, we are indeed covered to use them. Wife got admitted, serious problems, FED HEALTH gave us the wrong info, this could have had life changing affects die to incompetent staff in their Call centre, this happened 27/10/2016. We will leave this medical scheme ASAP</p>
