I don't owe MTN

Good day all Transunion should not allow insurance companies to list people on ITC this is totally unacceptable because i paid MTN and their insurance is busy debiting me even after the contract was canceled and to add more worse MTN is not responding to emails and calls i spend over 1000 on petrol and calls to sort the problem even their call center is not responding. I wrote emails to Transunion regarding this unfair treatment and listing by MTN insurance i don't owe them now i can't buy a car because of R29 listed by MTN and they refuse to remove my name for their own mistake. Transunion stop listing people for insurance this is not credit but insurance. My life ia stuck because of arrogance of MTN refusing to comply
