Good day all Transunion should not allow insurance companies to list people on ITC this is totally unacceptable because i paid MTN and their insurance is busy debiting me even after the contract was canceled and to add more worse MTN is not responding to emails and calls i spend over 1000 on petrol and calls to sort the problem even their call center is not responding. I wrote emails to Transunion regarding this unfair treatment and listing by MTN insurance i don't owe them now i can't buy a car because of R29 listed by MTN and they refuse to remove my name for their own mistake. Transunion stop listing people for insurance this is not credit but insurance. My life ia stuck because of arrogance of MTN refusing to comply Kind regards Moratwe Lucky Ramontsha
I don't know who to call anymore i called the tracking company several time after their technicians damaged my fuse box on the bakkie which they always promise to attend till today. They never fixed it always when i call am given case number but nothing happened. Its the second month they are debating a non running vehicle because is their fault and not taking responsibility
MTN South Africa is still refusing to remove my name from ITC after canceling contract with them and paid them every cent.On 12 August 2025 I returned their router and paid every cent but their insurance continue to bill me and arrogantly put me on ITC for a mere R29 after trying to cancel this insurance fir the past months. I don't owe MTN and have exchanged emails with them to remove me from ITC and pay me my refund no one called or paid me and remove me from ITC. Whenever i call am being send feom pillar to post and am tired.
Good day all I am highly disappointed with my way insurance that after insuring my car with you i will end up being list on ITC. I take this as ******* practice of the business i have never tried borrowed money money from the company or be in default i see this as a breach of contract as i was not informed if i will be listed on ITC for ending my contract with the company for valid reasons. Tomorrow i won't be able to insure a car with because i was not approved based on your actions. We both did things right but now its sad. I called the company last week and was promised it will be removed until today my name is on the mud.

Good morning I took a month to month contract with for router I paid until I cancel your contract and bring back the device in original condition and paid every cent now your insurance is busy debiting my account and you even listed me on credit bearu for not paying which I don't understand and paid you for every cent I owe you. How can you list me for month to month contract and after I closed everything you still put my name on it. This is totally unacceptable and damaging to my credit profile. People becareful with this companies because when you don't need their product they send negative report to itc companies

Good morning all The service we got from Ultra liquor at Paul Kruger yesterday was one of the worst. We spend R80000 to bought alcohol at 11am only to be only to get it at 17H00. No one wanted to assist us. It was not busy but people came and go while we sat the whole day. Our complaints went deaf ears. Staff and managers you failed us we even lost almost 10 packs of Benin Mimosa because we paid for a pack of 24 cans only to get 12 when we get home. Now who must pay the shartage. The staff did this deliberately to ***** from us. You really don't care we came early to spend 80000 but you showed us middle finger. Every year in December we buy from you and never experienced what happen to us yesterday. People I advise you if your buying in bulk try other ultra liquors because paul Kruger is worse and useless service. Truly we are angry.
