TransUnion refusing to remove my debt review status despite court order and clearance certificate

I sent a court order in January requesting the removal of my debt review flag. Recently, my debt counsellor issued a clearance certificate, which I also forwarded to TransUnion via email.

Despite providing these official documents, my debt review flag is still active on my credit record. This is unacceptable, as it is affecting my financial reputation and causing unnecessary stress.

TransUnion is failing in its duty to maintain accurate credit records. I am publicly exposing this and calling on them to remove my debt review flag immediately

Thank you for your response. Please confirm the exact timeframe within which my debt review flag will be removed. I submitted the court order in January and the clearance certificate has already been provided. This matter has been ongoing for too long, and the debt review flag is still active on my profile. I need a clear resolution date, not just an escalation. I expect this to be corrected urgently.
