I am lodging a complaint against VCCB regarding their failure to remove a debt review status from my credit profile. I have: A valid court order confirming the termination of debt review A clearance certificate issued by a registered debt counsellor Logged a formal dispute on VCCB’s website and obtained a reference number Despite this, VCCB is refusing to remove the debt review status and is requesting a DHS screenshot, even though the NCR system is currently offline. A court order is legally binding and should not be overridden by administrative system delays. It is unreasonable to require a DHS screenshot where a court order and clearance certificate have already been provided. I request urgent removal of the debt review status and written confirmation once updated. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it to the NCR, the Credit Ombud and the Credit Bureau Association.
I sent a court order in January requesting the removal of my debt review flag. Recently, my debt counsellor issued a clearance certificate, which I also forwarded to TransUnion via email. Despite providing these official documents, my debt review flag is still active on my credit record. This is unacceptable, as it is affecting my financial reputation and causing unnecessary stress. TransUnion is failing in its duty to maintain accurate credit records. I am publicly exposing this and calling on them to remove my debt review flag immediately
I submitted a valid court order to Experian to remove a judgment from my credit profile. Despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, the judgment is still listed under my name. This is causing serious financial prejudice and is unacceptable. I have also contacted the Credit Ombud and the Credit Bureau Association to resolve this issue. I hope Experian acts promptly to correct my credit record.
Nedbank doesnt care about their customers, very poor customer care they act like its a small business.
I asked TymeBank to send me the proof or letter to confirm that the card was cancelled, unfortunately they said they don't issue the letter for cancelled or stopped card, but they can write an email, they did write an email that said "The card on their system it shows that it was stopped due to lost" but they didn't put the card number in their statement, I've been asking them to put card number on their statement several times they are failing to do so I'm making follow up via email but their ignoring me no one is attending to my matter, IT IS NOT THE THE FIRST DOING THIS TO ME, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR THEY PROMISE TO REPLY TO EMAILS IN ONE DAY BUT THEY ARE FAILING TO GIVE THE CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY PROMISED.
Octafx rejected my withdrawals because my old cards that I used long time ago I'm no longer use them. Recently I made a deposit with my new card number the deposit was successfull I traded and made some profits when I wanted to withdraw my profits they rejected my withdrawal request, they said they want the proof that the old cards were cancelled I contacted the banks TymeBank said they can't give me any proof but they sent an email stating on their system it shows that the card was cancelled or stopped due to lost, I forwarded that email to Octafx they said I must get more information from the bank, FNB also said they can't provide any proof and they are not allowed to draft the letter or write an email to say the card was cancelled or stopped but on their system it shows that the card was closed or cancelled but they give me the letter that shows that the card use to belong to me, now octafx wants more information of which I can't get now my money is stuck with. Now I'm wondering why did they approve my deposit if they want such information that I will never get, they should have rejected my deposit from the start and notify me what information they need.
I requested a letter to confirm that my card was canceled or closed since last week but they said it takes 1 business day to respond, even now I never heard anything from them.
They blacklisted my account because I used my business account to make deposit, they asked for the documents to prove that the company belongs to me and im the only director, I did send them the documents but they don't respond to my emails, when I call their support they promise me each and everyday that they will solve the issue by end of business.
I've been waiting for my payments since January 2021even now I never received my payments, they asked me to send proof of payment and bank statement and I did send them, I called them several times they said they will come back to me even now there's no response on my emails and I haven't receive my payment, I waisted alot of airtime calling them without any positive outcome from them.
