I want my refund back, what was promised

If there was a zero i would put a zero, same as everyone here, I am suffering from what everyone here is complaining about, I had a european trip booked for May 2020 and now no one is responding to my emails, no one is telling me anything,until today when i went to their website to see what is going on.

I would like what was at least promised to me, because they are basically running away with our money and I want my money.
