You will never see your Natis document
A vehicle had been paid off in september 2023 and to this day no one has contacted me regarding the NATIS document , and when i try to call , I literally get hold to have my call answered by an agent for 3 hours, how is that even possible . seriously , its easy to deduct payments but when its time to stick to your end of the deal no one says anything or answers. worst service ever..

Never calls back
Although they will action your claims. They never call back..even if you put a review..they say someone will call u , and that person will never follow through. Worst client engagement

ITS A ****, SAVE YOUR MONEY
its a ****, they look really , until u find your self having weighted for 10 months and no order still, they deactivate their account on insta regularly to divert the anger. DO NOT BUY..its a BIG ****...rather buy from shops that you know and trust this is the number being used now 062 918 8141.

Discovery needs to be more engaged when it comes to terminations
Why do you use Phakama administrative services, horible experience, check people's google reviews etc. Worst service EVER, they deserve a zero. They owe me a refund , which they have acknowledged but they dont want to show me proof of payment when i ask , I cannot see the payment anywhere in my transactions , it has been month now. I need to write about them on discovery's website too and hellopeter and other places quick to send an emails to tonify of premium increases and quick to debit you, however, If you want to cancel your policy, they will ignore you , give you the runaround for MONTHS, while busy debiting you. they are to shallow for discovery to use, discovery can do better. Info @Phakama.co.za no one ever responds. Team 4 funeral , no one ever responds secondly i called and spoke to Caroline L and she said send an email and I will action, i sent an email , she replied to say she recieved it and never actioned or got back to me. when i sent another email for cancellation, I was now responded by Vriendelike Groete and she said i mut email a hand written letter , and mentin termination date. Imagine, A handwritten letter via email. WORST..DIscovery , you will loose me as a client because you work with these people. you should make sure we have good service.. Account finally terminated after 2-3 months of struggling ,ahowever , now they have charge me for the full month even though discovery records show that I was terminated on the 7th .. I dont understand .....Discovery needs to take matters into their own hands becoz companies like these are going to drown them.

Food EXPIRED most of the times
I love that they have regular free deliveries and its what makes me orer from them instead of their competitor. my big problem is the good are 5/10 EXPIRED. it is really concerning as it could make one sick or die from food poisoning

Vodacom refuses to cancel my contract for more than 3 years now...avoid them
If i could rate them a ze i would. I don't understand why its soo easy to sign up for a contract but when its time to cancel they tell you a million things, I have been trying to cancel my vodacom account for the last 3 years and even today there is no joy, they keep renewing it fraudulently, when i tell them i want to cancel they dont have answers, I am this step closer to involving lawyers, and i dont care if i pay more for the lawyers . why are you refusing to cancel my contract? If they dont contact me in a week's time they must expect my lawyers to start looking into this matter, i am tired. I have even provided them with notice according to Section 14(2)(b)(bb) of the CPA

Expensive but convenient
This is great, i like that i can earn ebucks on it, there is variety of options which is great, However, i dont like that for most restaurants, the prices are always slightly higher which makes one want to go to the restaurant directly. The one thing that i like about uber eats is that if i have a query or complaint, 75% of the times they would refund you or give you a portion ofnyour money. I dont like that the service fee is now included in each and every restaurant, i feel that it needs to be optional, and same as delivery tip, it shoupd be more of a restaurant tip. Great food, good packaging and tasty
One of the best food i have had in a long time, the burrito bow is great, it has enough ingredients, ita tasty and healthy, not fatty at all. This has become my very new favourite place to order food online using uber eats. Sometimes the workers dont follow the instructions approrietly, e. G. When you ask for rice and you fins lettuce or you ask for brown rice but find normal rice.

SCAM, erco puppies is a scam,, once you pay they disappear..they dont exist..AVOID
SCAM SCAM, once you start asking for registration details, they disappear, I spoke to Anna and she is a scam. They don't exist on FB, no reviews anywhere else. Don't read testimonials. they are always the cheapest.
