We have booked a trip to Thailand, paid the deposit and was told that it has been on hold due to COVID. I have tried many times to make contact with but now answer. They have told me that the booking is valid until June 2021. This is very frustrating for no one is getting back to us in this regard, and we would like to know where our money is...

If there was a zero i would put a zero, same as everyone here, I am suffering from what everyone here is complaining about, I had a european trip booked for May 2020 and now no one is responding to my emails, no one is telling me anything,until today when i went to their website to see what is going on. I would like what was at least promised to me, because they are basically running away with our money and I want my money.

We booked our Holiday in October 2019 with Perfect Destinations (Travel Dreams) This would be my first Overseas Holiday. The consultant assisted us to build a dream vacation to Europe for June 2020. We accepted the Quote and paid them in full. As the world was made aware of Covid 19 we contacted Perfect Destinations who told us don't worry they keeping an eye on this. As we came closer and closer to our departure date and South Africa was locked down, Perfect Destinations persisted in saying we cant cancel and we have to wait for the Hotels to issue refunds due to Travel Restrictions. As we were days away from our departure we received notifications that the Hotels, Airliners and Transports are all issuing refunds. The consultant also advised us that she has lost her Job and she is handing her clients over to her manager Corrie Croukamp. Corrie advised us on the 31.05.2020 that she will keep us updated on the refunds. On the 4th June we were contacted by the Consultant who was dismissed to inform us that they were told to inform their customers that Perfect Destinations has filed for voluntary liquidation. We've contacted the hotels directly as well and asked for the refunds to be issued back to us as its our money but due to red tape the suppliers just say they are refunding to the Travel Agent, This is completely unacceptable. We've now received a circular from Mazars who is dealing with the Liquidation of Travel Dreams & Travel Sport. Zephnie Viljoen and Shona may Pittaway is listed as the two directors of Travel Dreams, my concern is that Travel Dreams is listed as the Liquidated Company, but we dealt with Perfect Destination it seems like this company also trades under Columbus Family brands. If you have booked a vacation with this company please make contact with me (Angela 0723592298) lets all stand together and take action.

I book a holiday for later this year, I cancelled 3 months ago because of Covid 19, I had contact with some of the consultant up until a few weeks ago, now nothing, numbers doesnt work and emails not responding! I want my refund what they promised me????? Regards Wayne 071 123 7198

For close on 2 months I have been liaising with Monique Exner regarding a contingency plan, due to the matter regarding COVID-19. We were expected to travel mid-June 2020 and there clearly is no International flights expected for a few more months. Travel Dreams are not coming back to us on the matter,and we have to continuously follow up with them. Now, Monique is apparently away on Maternity Leave. Travel Dreams further advised us that they do not offer replacement vouchers. I will also not accept a part refund - A full refund will be expected should there be a full cancellation . Alternatively, PROVIDE US WITH DIFFERENT OPTIONS!! The cost of this trip was roughly 60K... Not sure if Travel Dreams expects us to just leave the matter and let our money be wasted???

Alternatively, PROVIDE US WITH DIFFERENT OPTIONS!! The cost of this trip was roughly 60K... Not sure if Travel Dreams expects us to just leave the matter and let our money be wasted???

WOW. Can a service provider get better than this? I've heard about Travel Dreams from numerous friends and colleagues and finally decided to give them a go for a bucket list trip I've had in mind for while now. The professional yet personal service is what stood out to me. Assistance and guidance was given from the get go, with so much knowledge and passion. And, pleasantly surprised, when my consultant was off sick, one of her colleagues happily assisted me in making a change to my booking, knowing exactly what I was referring to. I'm sure the travel industry has taken a big knock with Corona spreading the way it is, so WELL DONE to Travel Dreams for making lasting impressions from beginning to end and remaining a pleasure to work with through out. All the best and keep up the great work.

I booked a trip to Europe but with the recent Corona virus outbreak decided against it and opted to cancel. The minute I did that Riaz became rude and unprofessional. You really need customer service s****s because you have just ensured that I never use your agency again.
