For close on 2 months I have been liaising with Monique Exner regarding a contingency plan, due to the matter regarding COVID-19.
We were expected to travel mid-June 2020 and there clearly is no International flights expected for a few more months. Travel Dreams are not coming back to us on the matter,and we have to continuously follow up with them. Now, Monique is apparently away on Maternity Leave.
Travel Dreams further advised us that they do not offer replacement vouchers. I will also not accept a part refund - A full refund will be expected should there be a full cancellation . Alternatively, PROVIDE US WITH DIFFERENT OPTIONS!! The cost of this trip was roughly 60K... Not sure if Travel Dreams expects us to just leave the matter and let our money be wasted???
