Travelex South Africa - they lie to rip you off !

This is a real rip-off - just bought $AUD 1200 at OR Thambo International Airport and it was 8.6% higher than the official rate. I had made enquiries a couple of days before and was told that the commission would be only 2.1% if paid by cash and 4.6% if paid by card which surprised me originally. A clerk at the exchange office told me the same but charged me 4.6% of commission after cash payment. It looks like they deliberately train their staff to bluntly lie to their customers. Their official site doesn't mention any service fees and charges and it's done on purpose:
