Travelex South Africa - they lie to rip you off !
This is a real rip-off - just bought $AUD 1200 at OR Thambo International Airport and it was 8.6% higher than the official rate. I had made enquiries a couple of days before and was told that the commission would be only 2.1% if paid by cash and 4.6% if paid by card which surprised me originally. A clerk at the exchange office told me the same but charged me 4.6% of commission after cash payment. It looks like they deliberately train their staff to bluntly lie to their customers. Don't subscribe to Cell C fiber - you will be experiencing continues issues on a regular bases
4 days have gone since Friday but still NO Internet. Just looking for another provider. Don't subscribe to Cell C fiber - you will be experiencing continues issues on a regular bases. A day or two without Internet is a typical issue, but you are gonna pay for it. Their attitude towards their customers sucks!!!

ABSA Business Banking - impossible to get through on the phone
Busy developing e-commerce software. Tried to phone 0860 111 222 several times to listen for a half an hour that all agents were busy. Finally ran out of minutes on my mobile phone. Need to continue my work but got stuck with this disgusting service as I have the misfortune to be ABSA business client.

ABSA Credit Card Division - helpless customer service
My ABSA credit card all of a sudden become useless for online shopping. When prompted for OTP code I never receive it. Logged a call with ABSA credit card division on August 20. Today is August 25 but still no results. Pathetic service !!!

Aliexpress - waste of time
Order No: 8014188738395595Order Closed: 12 Aug 2020 19:26Seller: GOE&BLR Store Wasted 3 months to get my order delivered. Thereafter requested my money back. Nobody even bothered to ask why I wanted a refund. Never again will bother to waste my time with Aliexpress.

CSOS - bunch of useless government employees
I launched a complain with CSOS which was confirmed on February 22. Thereafter on June 22 I received an email with NO clear instructions on how to proceed. Tried to phone them several times but nobody picks up the phone. They charged me R50 for the so called "service". Absolutely useless bunch of government employees !!!

Vodacom employs crooks
I received a telephone call from a Vodacom consultant and she advised me that I was using an old tariff which was expensive and she would move me onto a new tariff which would give me more data for the same price. I gladly agreed just to find out half a year later that she had locked me into a new 24 month contract without mentioning to me that fact. Now I want to get a new contract with a new telephone but they tell me that I would still be liable for the remaining one and a half year for the contract which I have never signed and given No consent to. I have launched an official complain on 13.05.2018 but they don't give a s...t about it. Totally disgusted by these f...n crooks !!!

Non-functional Call Center at ABSA
ABSA has a non-functional call center. I tried to call the following numbers: 0860 557 557 - to report fraud on my credit card on 27.03.2 ********** 151 151 - to claim an inward payment from overseas on 26.03.2018 None of them is working - tried several times but hung up after waiting for 20 minutes for the next available operator. I have this problem every time when I need to redeem a payment from overseas. Absolutely useless and disgusting. The problem is that there is no way to get around it ! Really thinking of going to another bank from this bunch of useless idiots !!!

Forex Call Center Useless
My company received a payment from overseas but I can't redeem it when I phone 0860 151 151 as it keeps on repeating prompts and NEVER puts me through to a consultant. The service is useless, disgusting and irritating.

Fibre Internet Installation
I was unfortunate enough in my townhouse complex to have fiber Internet infrastructure installed by Net stream. They have sent technicians twice already who doesn't seem to have a clue what needs to be done. Every time they came they simply wasted two hours of time and every time they left they promised to come back either in a couple of hours or next day which never happened. The name of their useless team is Lyal. He was the one who gave promises to come back and he never did.
