Appalling Customer Service

I would like to raise a concern regarding the unhelpful and rude behavior of your employees during my daughter’s recent interaction. They made her feel as though they were doing her a favor rather than simply performing their duties. Their attitude came across as irritable and dismissive, which is completely unacceptable.

I would appreciate a courtesy call from a manager who is willing to address this behavior and ensure that such conduct is not repeated.
