Purchased a zx10r from them. A day later had a issue with the quick shifter, gave Johan a call. Soon Martinus called . Took the bike back and awaiting my arrival Anton immediately found the problem. Sorted 💯. Thanks to all involved, from the sales staff to Anton and his team. May Johan & Martinus's business go from strength to strength Regards Sakkie Breytenbach

Worst place I ever did business with. If you buy a motorcycle from them just pray nothing happens because if it does you will get no assistance from them to fix the problem. Had to go through Ombudsman to force TRD to fix the problems. Cant believe how ***** they are. Stay away!!!

Since Reconstructed Kawasaki Centurion moved away from doing motorcycles and then closed down, I have been driving all the way from Centurion to TRD Motorcycles Boksburg to support them...but never again. I have to add my voice to all the other clients who has met with their absolute disregard for customer service. I have a requirement for wiring diagrams and after discussing it with Kawasaki SA they told me that I could approach the dealership I support for assistance as they can not give it directly to the public. As such I contacted Michael, which has been nothing but a full on gentleman. He referred me to the workshop manager Marthinus. Michael gave me Marthinus's cell number and I phoned him to explain what and why I needed it. From the word go he was a disgusting character to deal with. He is rude as one can get and told me he was busy and would get to it whenever he get to it. It is two weeks later and up to date he hasn't replied to one of my whatsapps yet and I still don't have the information needed. You will notice that almost 60 percent of the complaints here is workshop related. My advice to you is the following...When buying a motorcycle from a dealership, keep the maintenance side in mind. Don't buy from these guys, I know I will not be supporting them at all. Also note, they are just a dismissive of their clients here as they don't even care to respond. Expect the same at the dealership....

I have bought a bike from them the 1st of June cash the sales man Sean assured me even tho bike had 33303 on the clocks bike was as new for a 2013 model this was low km and even on sales contract wrote in comments that bike was as new no problems or faults I have up to date spent R50 000 in repairs. Bike was at Ducati dealership where it hade desmo service this cost me R10k as airfillter according to mechanics was blocked Then they phoned me and because I'm disabled rider bike hade minor conversion that was needed this would have been done via Tornado conversions. But TRD decided to do this them self still giving me a full 6 months warranty. Bike stood by TRD for 8 weeks wile the did conversion badly in-house. Then they sent the bike via transport down to me in Richard's Bay all costing me thousands of Rands as the quoted me Tornado price but did a cheap afull job in hous but charged me registration fee witch I hade to do registration at end of the day myself. Then I rode bike less than a month mean while I'm letting them know of faults on bike and they telling me when key arrives from Italy it will be recorded by Rocket Racing in Pinetown but bike starts but funny way. Took bike in to Rocket Racing eventually on the 8/09/22 second attempt as there coding masjien was in for upgrade but remember I only received delivery of bike on 23/08/22 after paying cash for it 1st of June so now still today 14/12/22 bike is still standing by Rocket Racing as it does not want to start they hade to replace water pump seel, front sprocket seel, the whole drive train consisting of two sprockets a chain and guides that TRD all of a sudden not cover because its wearing parts. But bike under warranty. Then I hade to renew wheel bushes as the where also worn out. Then Rocket Racing pulled bike onto computer masjien In the mean time when TRD found out I hade to change all these parts the demanded invoice from Rocket Racing witch came to R7+ the only covered R5k the rest was for my account. Then on the masjien was discovered that the main BBS computer box was blown and that contribute to bike not starting. That raced me R6k out off pocket as TRD do not cover it. While Rocket Racing was searching for the fault the discovered that TRD cut into the wiring Loom and pinched the covering off the wires at starter button. And boy by the photos look like a kid worked on wires. Bad soldering no tape wires arcing it a miracle bike never started to burn under me. Now phoning and starting to complain by TRD they scream at you say they will sort it out but just do nothing now I instructed Rocket Racing to continue with repairs that is going to cost me a fortune. As TRD owner Martinus gave one off his staff members instruction to phone me not to call him again. He fired said sales man but I have all emails and all messages now he tells me he will buy back bike as Joe public price not what I paid for with extra 2 years motor warranty and all I have spent I made bike almost new and bike is standing still today 14/12/22 my question is Why did Ducati on Desmo service not pick up on these faults or reported them. Why does TRD not want to honor there warranty and either give me newer bike with out problems or refund all my money spent on bike that is R200k now. Please I need a lawyer that will help

If you are looking for a company that will promise you the earth and deliver nothing but BS then deal with this company. I purchased a Yamaha s****** and was told they have the original exhaust. The exhaust has a label that says "made in Germany" and just by looking at it with an untrained eye one can see that it will never fit the Yamaha. They gave me the run around for a few days and told me that they were contacting the previous owner. I was told that the exhaust was coming. It never did and now Mauritz at TRD Motorcycles has block me. If you want to be cheated and lied to deal with this this company. It's companies like this that give the motor trade a bad name. I'm not a loonie.... they will cheat you. You have been warned.
