Communication is not important to these people

Communication is non existent to these people. Bought a canopy in March with the security mesh for the back window, they did not have stock (only told me the morning of fitment). Promised to courier it for me. 4 Months later and still no security mesh. They are not answering the messages. Even arranged for it to be collected, still no response from them.
