Communication is non existent to these people. Bought a canopy in March with the security mesh for the back window, they did not have stock (only told me the morning of fitment). Promised to courier it for me. 4 Months later and still no security mesh. They are not answering the messages. Even arranged for it to be collected, still no response from them. Please be very careful of them
Even to give them 1 star is too much. They confirm the order and then they are quiet. Not returning any emails or answering their phone. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
Not even worth a one star rating. Tato Fantsi the Executive for customer care really needs to learn on how to follow up on jobs. Defy came to look at our fridge 2 times now (also had to phone them numerous times to get the technician out, replaced the compressor and still our frigde/freezer is not working. Eventually decided to do a service exchange(took them 3 weeks to come to this decision), again only after enquiring about this. Also we first have to give the broken fridge/freezer to them then they will send the new fridge
Unfortunately I had to give a star, because I can not continue without this rating Every week I phone to hear on the progress and every time I have to wait for more than an hour for them to answer the phone.
