I arranged to move on the 20th of September. I was getting ready and waiting for the truck to arrive I was not informed that they had an issue with the other share of move for the same day, I had to go out of my way and get a hold of them. They did not give me any updates nothing on the moving and expected me to wait for the Monday 22nd September. I couldn't wait for them as that was the day I would start working at my new job. I filled and signed a refund form and the refund form stated that that it would be processed within 30 to 60 days. We have reached 60 days and I still didn't receive any refund. On top of that my emails are being ignored as well as my WhatsApp that I send I can see that its being read, but I get no reply. I would not recommend if its such a hassle to get a refund or feedback. Its easy to take money from someone requesting a service.
