Bad online service and rotten foods delivery

I've requested MrD to fetch groceries for me from pick and pay Lynnwood on Hibiscus treat.

Our order are always delivered incomplete.

Only 8/11 items were delivered. ND pick and pay had claimed that they ran out of stock. 5 mins after delivery my partner and I walked into the shop and found those items to have been deliberately not packed.

What was also worse from the delivery bags was rotten chicken whom pick pay packed for us. That's is actually why we went back to the shop to return their rotten goods.

The management team was not showing any ampathy nor remorse of the incident.

I have order almost three times at this pick and pay and always have an incomplete delivery pack
