Worst service ever

If there was a minus 5 I would have selected -100..... Very well-known name is the horse industry - nowhere it says no public....... Go into the shop - no prices on items - we hover for about 20 minutes after asking for assistance. A lady came but no knowledge of items not pricing - it was such an effort for her to help - ask for a price - she walks to the till - every item she walks to the till - but what an effort and the guy at the till just as rude....... I will NEVER BUY ANY TRIDENT PRODUCT AGAIN - THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE HORSE ****. Maybe a good idea to go for training on how to treat customers WITH RESPECT!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
