Trinity properties and utilities have switched off my electricity after their agent gave me the wrong meter number from December until April that's when I got correct meter number and when I tried to purchase electricity at pick n pay I got an error message I then told the agent she said she will sort it out.
Not has been sorted out until this day on and they telling me to pay so they can reconnect my electricity which is not my fault that their agent gave me wrong meter number.
