Trinity properties and utilities have switched off my electricity after their agent gave me the wrong meter number from December until April that's when I got correct meter number and when I tried to purchase electricity at pick n pay I got an error message I then told the agent she said she will sort it out. Not has been sorted out until this day on and they telling me to pay so they can reconnect my electricity which is not my fault that their agent gave me wrong meter number.
Good day I would like to mention how happy and pleased i was with the service i got at Jam Clothing Eloff street Jhb CBD. I called to find out about the call that was logged regarding my Defy fridge that is not working for 3 months now and the consultant asked for my for my invoice number and I told her I don't have it right now and she can call the store to find out as I was still busy talking to her she just put me on hold and when she came back she asked me who was I and I told her. I then told her it was rude to just put someone on hold while they still talking without letting them know she therefore said she did and I told her I wasn't deaf she never did and she went on to make a funny sound like pssssss at me at me. I am not very happy with this as a customer I personally feel it was rude and unprofessional of LOGAN GROUSE to speak to me like that as a customer. I need to be contacted regarding this otherwise I am going to the newspapers. I need an apology from her written and a call regarding this. Your speedy response in this will be highly appreciated.
