This notice serves as a public warning regarding Triple V Motors and its director, Pieter, in connection with a serious and unresolved issue involving my late father. In 27 February 2024, my father paid R150,000 to Triple V Motors for the purchase of a Renault Duster. Despite full payment, the dealership unilaterally cancelled the transaction and failed to deliver the vehicle with logbook. To date: Only R30,000 was refunded in 25 May 2024. The remaining R120,000 has not been refunded, despite multiple follow-ups. My father sadly passed away in November 2024 from cancer, and we are now managing this matter as part of his deceased estate. MIOSA has referred this case to the National Consumer Commission and is currently under investigation. Triple V Motors has continued to operate while knowingly withholding funds owed to a deceased customer’s estate—despite regulatory referrals. This raises serious concerns about their ethics and legal compliance. If you are considering doing business with Triple V Motors or Pieter, please be aware of this ongoing issue and proceed with extreme caution. Consumers deserve transparency, accountability, and basic fairness—values not upheld in this case. Bought a single cab 4x4 Ford Ranger even paid for the Dekra to be done, Dekra came back with only had brake to be adjusted. 325 km onwards oil leaking on the diff.. Took it to another accredited dealer with result that the whole diff needs to be replaced, no oil in gearbox, this resulted in big expenses. However I manage to spoke to a manager and after I have send her all the documentation and expenses, she promised to come back to me... No luck does not answer my emails nor sms. We are in the process of a legal matter as the Dekra outcome was false and their verbal agreement that the car is clean you will not find it better elsewhere. I feel betrayed by their services

For the past 20 years I bought multiple vehicles from them. Never was I dissapointed in their service. The Sales Staff is very friendly and help you every step of the way. They have beautifull pre loved vehicles and I will always buy from them again. Once a ***** of Triple V Motors - always a *****!

Bought a vehicle in June with a trade in. The trade in broke and now they try to hold me responsible for the damage. Vehicle was test driven by the owner. Price was set at half the retail value. Bought a vehicle at much more than retail price. Did specify faults on delivery. Problems kept on coming on and on.

They are not worth even 1 star - 2022-05-13 I am not very happy at the moment. I purchased a car 4 weeks ago, after a few days we felt that the cooling system do not work properly, my husband took the car in for them to check. The then had a bit of a word fight with the owner because he says my husband is saying that they were lying when they told me the car was serviced by them. The oil in the car is thick and sticky and there were no anti-freeze en the water... I rest my case. And after another week we realized its leaking engine water somewhere. We took the car back last week Thursday and after 2 days and having to contact the mechanic, I was told it seems like its leaking into the engine and they have to open the engine. My car is there now for 7 working days with no communication from their side (I had to contact the mechanic the whole time for updates) and I don't have any other transport. Yesterday I asked for a loan car and was told he will ask the owner. Needless to say, he did not come back to me and conveniently his phone is off now. I THINK THIS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. 2022-06-15 My car was with them for exactly 24 working days (Thats more than a month). 2 days after I received it back, the same problem started and then my head gasket, which they replaced, blew again within not even a week. According to Hyundai and other qualified mechanics, they installed the incorrect head gasket and also the head gasket should be a thicker one. This they did not do!!!

They are not worth even 1 star - 2022-05-13 I am not very happy at the moment. I purchased a car 4 weeks ago, after a few days we felt that the cooling system do not work properly, my husband took the car in for them to check. If you're planning to buy a car from this guys. Run as far as you can. Scammers. I bought a Fiat Strada for R61 000. A week later I found out that the car is leaking water inside when it's raining in such a way that the water is full inside when you open doors, just fall off. Called them and they knew about the problem. After some time we didn't reach the agreement and I said let me bring back ths vehicle. Thy said they will refund me R45 000 out of R61 000. Just 1 week after a purchase I must loose R16k. I'm here, stuck with a car that when it's rain, water gets inside, you go to car wash, u come back wet!
