I wish there was a better way to contact this people cos their WhatsApp line is always offline. Thy don’t respond to your messages yet you are experiencing fault on their line. You make double payment they don’t refund. I regret!
Guys stay away from Nedbank Insurance Group more especially their Home Content cover. Claim for a tv in October till today no feedback. When you call to make followup, their call center agent says they are waiting for their Managers decision. After almost a week hearing the same response. I then asked for a Manager cos been days, when she answer my calls she says my line is bad and hang up. Always!!
I wouldn't even give you a single star if I had a choice. Bought a brand new car in May 2022, 5 months down in October it started showing me fault light (EPC), went back to the garage where I bought it and had to run up and down chasing after them and spent the whole half day waiting with no help. Don't buy VW guys you'll regret. There is no peace of mind even when the car is brand new 😡😠
If you're planning to buy a car from this guys. Run as far as you can. Scammers. I bought a Fiat Strada for R61 000. A week later I found out that the car is leaking water inside when it's raining in such a way that the water is full inside when you open doors, just fall off. Called them and they knew about the problem. After some time we didn't reach the agreement and I said let me bring back ths vehicle. Thy said they will refund me R45 000 out of R61 000. Just 1 week after a purchase I must loose R16k. I'm here, stuck with a car that when it's rain, water gets inside, you go to car wash, u come back wet!
I bought Facial cleansing kit and upon delivery. It didn't power up. Changed the batteries 3 times but still no power. Took it back for drop of at Richard's Bay branch on the 6th of December 2021. Till today no one is willing to give me an explanation instead I'm told I cancel the return. This guy's are crooks and they can take their business where the sun doesn't shine. I bought that item for my girlfriend and I need it replaced
Was admitted to The Bay Hospital. Before admission was required to take COVID-19 test at the Lab. I did and the results were positive. Knowing very well that I've been home since the start of pandemic and how well I was careful towards this, I then requested 2nd test to be done after my fiance picked up the fault when was doing the test. When I went for Coronavirus test, the lady took swap and after she was done with taking the samples from me, she took the "earbud" thing and placed it on top of her table. Didn't secure it back to the container where there was a gel thing. I asked her after some minutes are we done and this will stay or lay like this on top of the table. She apologized and put it inside the container where she was suppose to insert it just when she was done taking samples from me. So when the test came back positive my fiancee told me that as he said it before, there was a serious negligence so he doesn't take those results or accept them. I was then admitted because was due for delivery. The isolation, bad treatment I got, I will not wish anyone else. Was not even allowed to take a shower. Imagine someone who just gave birth not allowed to take a shower in the morning even the baby was not bath. Soon after giving birth I requested a second test. The results were back in the morning. Now I tested negative and the baby was also negative. By that time the results were in, they already discharged us was waiting for transport. Now the nurses started loving and acting caring. When I arrived a night before birth. Only one nurse was committed to do her work and she came to ward maybe three times. The food was delivered by a security guard, cold. When I asked if they can warm it up. They will tell me whatever goes in there. Must not come out so I must eat it cold. I hate The Bay Hospital.
Today, the 29th of December 2019, woke up at 09H00 to buy perfume at Dis-chem Richard's Bay, Boardwalk Mall. I paid using Zapper and everything went well. The payment was successfully but till slip was not printed so the lady refused to give me my stuff and demanded I pay again. After a long discussion I decided to pay again and told them I want my money back after they are done with their investigation or whatever they call it. Stuff I was suppose to pay R1581. 75 ended up paying double the amount. I'm very angry at the stuff. Wasted like an hour of my day trying to resolve this and after giving all the proof from Zapper statement and also my banking notification still was treated like a criminal and was told I won't be allowed to leave with the items unless I pay again. I want my money bac****!
Very bad service experienced at Inyanga Motors parts department. @MercedesBenzSA. Been calling for a quote and always they ask for my contact number, telling me their sales personnel are busy they will get back to me. I've called them 4 times in a days already and this lady had guts to hang up on me when I refused to give my contact after I notified her that since I've been leaving it whole day but no one has ever called me back.
This trade union is full of sh*t. Been trying to cancel it for years but they don't want to release me or take me out of their database. They refuse to cancel my membership. It's very racist. Only representing certain ethic ethnic group/race. They only issue their tshirts to whites members only. Been a member for years but it has done absolutely nothing for me. Please cancel my membership with immediate effect!!!!
