I was employed by Inyanga Motors on the 24 February 2025 and on the 01 March I hit a pothole which damaged two tyres, driving a company Car. I then replaced those tyres, which later were found unroadworthy. A left sensor on the left wheel was missing. Upon evaluation of the car, scratches underneath the car were found. I must mention that when taking over the Company Car, no evaluation was made and if it was, it was not made in my presence. I was made to write a report and which I did. I was then charged of Disregard of Rules relating to the use of a company Car, for failer to report an Accident/Incident. 2. Gross Negligence in fitting unroadworthy tyres to the Vehicle. I was called for a hearing and I pleaded Guilty in those two accounts. And I was dismissed. I had only worked for a Month, having to relocate from Newcastle to Richards Bay. I must also mention that, when I was called for my second interview, I was flown in from OR to Shaka International Airport. I signed my contract and other policies including Company Car policy. I was not given my copy as It was supposed to be mailed to me. I didn't get much time to read it through. However I admitted my mistake. And I worked away peacefully. Because I had signed a 12 Months Lease, I then requested the Company to assist me with the termination letter of my contract of employment, so that I can give it to my landlord. I had stayed for a while without employment and relocating was a very expensive move, I had to borrow money and all. So I didn't want to forfeit my deposit. And I'm still waiting for the letter even today. We get paid on the 25th and this morning to my surprised I got paid R1870. When my contract states that my Salary is R 120 000 per Annual. I had asked for a pay Slip And the reasons why I got paid that amount. And I'm not getting any help.

If I could give them a 0 I would. For the past 4 years it's just drama after drama. They unplugged my aircon during a service, said I need to pay R26k to get it fixed coz they were trying to extort money from me. It's always one thing after another with them. Now they can't even give a basic quote on a service coz they want you to being the vehicle in for diagnostics, which they will also charge you for on top of that. Worst garage with the worst service ever over the past few years. Quality and care for customers is non existent.

I buy spares to the value of just over a R1000, and return an hour later to refund as the spares were not needed. No reversal can be done on my card and I am requested to complete a from and furnish them with a official copy of my banking details. they insist on keeping the spares though. This was 3 days ago, no refund and no response to my mails. Disgusted.

I was sent on the 07 January to fit a new windscreen at Auto Boys Richards bay, and I requested an agent glass that was purchased from Inyanga Motors Empangeni, After two days the windscreen had a crack, I took it back to auto boys Richards bay, they inspected and there was no fault on my side, secondly this case was referred to Inyanga Motors empangeni, where I had to send my vehicle for photos and take my time of work to get my car to Inyanga Motors empangeni on two occasions for campaigns, before the glass claim goes through. Today I receive a call from the glass agent saying that Inyanga Motors empangeni, will not cover it, I Am not going to put in a new claim, this is not my fault,

Very bad service experienced at Inyanga Motors parts department. @MercedesBenzSA. Been calling for a quote and always they ask for my contact number, telling me their sales personnel are busy they will get back to me. I've called them 4 times in a days already and this lady had guts to hang up on me when I refused to give my contact after I notified her that since I've been leaving it whole day but no one has ever called me back.
