Overpriced and sub-standard

Trojan Plumbing in Bellville has unfair and dishonest business practices. The plumbers were here for 15min and they charged me for 30min! When I complained to the manager, he had the audacity to tell me he did me a favour by fitting me into his busy schedule - ARROGANT!

In addition, they use sub-standard parts, which one of the plumbers admitted won't last long, yet they have no trouble charging excessively high markups on the parts.

The website says they offer affordable prices and excellent rates. Please. This is false advertising. They transfer all kinds of costs onto the client, like "costs for vehicle maintenance". Do yourself a favour and avoid Trojan Plumbing. There are plenty of plumbers out there. You can find a better one with more integrity.
