Overpriced and sub-standard

Trojan Plumbing in Bellville has unfair business practices in my opinion. The plumbers were here for 15min and they charged me for 30min! When I complained to the manager, he had the audacity to tell me he did me a favour by fitting me into his busy schedule - arrogant conduct!

In addition, they use sub-standard parts. One of the plumbers admitted it won't last long, yet they had no trouble charging an excessively high markup on the part.

The website says they offer affordable prices and excellent rates. Please. This is false advertising. They did in fact overcharge me for services and refuse to acknowledge it. They also transfer all kinds of costs onto the client, like "costs for vehicle maintenance" etc., in their own words. I recommend you avoid this "Trojan" company. There are plenty of plumbers out there. Call around, you'll find a better one.
