Disgusting Infestation at Apartments on Oak

I moved into the apartment block end of March 2017 within days I noticed a vast ****roach infestation in my flat. Mind you I hadn't even bought furniture yet. I complained and was told that building management "fumigates" the public areas every month - shocking. I am putting this post up for apartment-seekers so they are not duped into signing a lease and living in filth for 12 months with an agency that simply doesn't give two sh*ts about basic hygiene. They are happy to take your R6000 rent monthly but so slow to answer to complaints
