Poor Customer services

I have been staying in one of the premiers of Trueprop in Randburg 352 corner Oak and Dover , apartment on oak, and i moved out end of June 2017. When applying for a new lease the agency had advised me that the above company has blacklisted me for not paying yet and still owe them still to date, according to the system. I had moved out of the premiers 3 years ago and no one had even made contact with me, my work email address and contact remained unchanged. This is so unethical were company exploit us as tenants and when i left the premiers i had official served my one month notices, on one of the documentation that i had received from the company/summons of arrears due which someone fraudulently initial it on my behalf, i am not able to get approved for my new lease. Honestly speaking this is bull and they claim that they made contact with me and no luck. What **** me the most is i am not able to get a company of my last email advising the company of my notice. No one wants to take accountability and my rights are being exploited and i will be taking this better to the ombudsman for further assistance since my rights are being violated.
