With an incorrectly spelt name ... I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN!!!!

<p>Bought a bed from a company called Beds R us. It was the ORTHOSTAR ORTHOPAEDIC FIRM mattrass only and with a 2year guarenttee and 15year Service warrenty, i was rather impressed. due to cash being tight at the time, i did not have the luxery to splash out on expensive one and I noted that taffelburg Furnishers and Decofurn all stock these beds too. So come september 2016, the bed will be 2 years old. in May 2016, i contacted Beds R us to advise them that the mattress has sagged in. Beds r us would collect but want to charge me 150rand collection fee and another 150 to deliver because of fuel prices... So i took the bed back to the factory myself. Same day they called me back to collect. THEY REPAIRED THE BED!!! was the guarentee not supposed to replace the item? anyway, i left it and in 3 months, the bed has sagged again. lesson learnt. DONT COMPROMISE ON SOMETHING THIS IMPORTANT!!!! AND STAY AWAY FROM TRUFORM C**P!!!!!!</p>
