YOLANDE'S BAD SERRVICE @TCW RANDFONTEIN
I bought a house of R700000.00 in around Nov/Dec 2019. I paid close to R17k transfer fees. 2020 I got another house for R540K. The transfer fee is R20K+. When I ask how the expensive house transfer fees are cheaper and theirs are expensive YOLANDE told me is the law of transfer fees. I told her that I cannot afford the money she said she will make a plan. The plan she made was to ask me another R1100 on top of R20k. When I ask security was called for me. I then went out. I ASK FOR THE MANAGER THE RECEPTIONIST WAS TOLD TO CALL SECURITY FOR ME AND MY WIFE. I THEN WENT OUT. Poor client relations. Only after money from clients.

BAD Service TOWARDS Customers - YOLANDE
I wanted to Review The poor business ethics by Truter Crous & Wiggle. Yolande the person who was helping me was very rude towards me as a client. YOLANDE treated me like rubbish. I was sent out during my enquiries about my matter. Her service is poor may is bcos we are of different background.

In August 2015 we went to the above-mentioned law firm after an unfair dismissal. At the initial meeting we were told that we had a solid case and that they would represent me. Since then we have had absolutely no feedback despite countless e-mails, phone messages left etc. On one occasion when we did speak to Mr van der Walt he agreed that the lack of response was unacceptable and would get right back to us. We still have had no feedback. Last week we emailed their inquiry address and received a response from a lady called Jolandie (a director of the firm) who said she would take it up with Mr van der Walt and get back to us. After still not hearing anything we called and spoke to her this morning. Her attitude was aggressive and she said that we could fetch our file from their office. As a result I have lost 6 months regarding my legal matter and with this delay may not win my case.
