When do i get my card???
CCD couriers where supposed to deliver my card yesterday I received a message to say they are running late I then received a call to say they will deliver and I gave my address And I am still waiting for delivery When I phoned they said they will now let me know of the date delivered Unacceptable

Delete my email
I cancelled my profile months ago Because one has to pay so much delivery Now I am still getting emails from you. And every time I get a mail to say it takes 7 days to delete Bull I want is done now, not 7 days because it has been 7 months Staff do not know what they are doing You Are supposed to have an unsubscribe option It is law

What service?????
My Shipment got to South Africa Firstly they contacted the shipper for the custom fees, also a warning if not paid it will be sent back The I received the custom fees, which was extremely high, but if you don't pay, you won't get it I paid the fees and sent proof of payment 2 days later I enquired and then they asked for the payment again Which I sent and asked for confirmation Yes again no reply When I emailed again, the asked someone to release because fees had been paid For days now the shipment has not moved Ask for an update- no reply ask for a complaints email - no reply and we know why How pathetic is this service????

No responce once again
Wow So in February a Subpoena was issued to FNB. I have been trying to find out where it it FNB says they never received it. But we have not produced the proof. And i have been trying to get hold of the lady on email to find out what now, and it is dead quiet She does not answer my emails Why???? I am very disgusted

3 Follow ups and not one return email
This is now the 3rd review I am posing here Someone contacted me from FNB to discuss the matter of the subpoena Gave me an email address to send a mail, which I had done on the16th of September. A follow up email on the 19th of September and the also another follow up on the 25th of September with no reply from her. Don't you think that is not a way to treat clients? Please note that now I am out the country and email correspondence is needed

When can I expect a response
11 Of July I complained about a subpoena not been adhered to On the 5th of August I received this email from someone in the bank Dear Karl, Thank you for taking the time to highlight your concerns. Please be advised that the matter has been sent to the relevant department and feedback will be provided. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused in this matter. Warm regards, 13 August I sent a follow up email, and not once have I been contacted by anyone on this matter Poor Show FNB

What to do to get answers????
11 Of July I complained about a subpoena not been adhered to I receive an email from someone, who told me they have not record of the subpoena, I rep****, but then that email does not exist anymore Then I rep**** to my complaint and still no one has rep**** I have the proof that someone signed for this subpoena in February already What are you going to do about this???? The ******* have already gone long ago

How long does one have to wait?
There had been a ***** case where and FNB account was used Of course I did not receive my money back I then obtained an Section 205 Subpoena for FNB Approved March 2024 When the investigating officer goes there every week, she gets the same answer It is not ready yet This is now 4 months and still nothing How long does it take??? By the time I get the documents, the ******* are long gone

What a rip-off
I tried ordering products off their website 1. Very bad selection of items, I selected 2 items 2. When I checked out, my delivery cam to R234. And that is going to one address 3. I queried this and was told I pay per item to be shipped. 4. After quite a couple of emails, I was asked if I am ordering from international. I was, and they said because of this I have to pay Extra No why must I pay extra because I am out the country? Does the order not get dispatched locally? When I order form Checkers I still pay R35.00 I will not order from you again
