Nightmare! Lies, Empty Promises and ******ion

I paid for delivery to a customer in Nelspruit, I was quoted and charged for delivery by 29 Sept.

The day came and went, only to find out after my own query that their truck broke down, several false promises were made, phone calls ignored.

What ensued was a weekend of frustration and lies. Each day new promises were made, eventually a commitment was made to deliver to my client by 9am on 31 Aug. 9am came and went and again after another day of ignored calls, the driver eventually arrived at the client after 1pm, they then proceeded to hold my goods to ransom until I paid the balance of an account that did not meet the original quotation values, less the upfront payment.

This complaint has been posted by my employer previously on 3 occasions. Whilst I engaged the provider and called for the quotation, my employer had to handle this situation. because HelloPeter keep deleting his reviews and suspended his account because they claim his review is not a bona fide review, I have now had to add a review on his behalf.
