Complaint

My father worked as a mine worker since 1970s and he got sick few years back with TB. He couldn't work due to ill-health. He then died in 2018. He was still awaiting his illhealth money when he died. My brother and I were advised to claim on his behave and my brother claim this year. We submitted all the required documents including medical documents proving that he had TB when he left the employer. We just received an sms yesterday to say that the claim has been declined due to my father not being medical ineligible. But they have all the proof they asked for. And they did not even bother to call the just sent an SMS. Not so long ago they told us that the pay out will be made ib January.
