Appreciation and Feedback on Maternity Care

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful care I received at your hospital in April when I had my C-section and tubal ligation. The medical team and nursing staff were professional, kind, and supportive throughout my stay, and I am truly grateful for the excellent care provided to me and my baby.

I would also like to share a small piece of feedback for consideration. While breastfeeding is encouraged, I believe that bottle feeding should also be respected as a mother’s choice. Not all women are able to breastfeed, and it would be comforting if mothers felt equally supported in whichever feeding option best suits their circumstances.

Additionally, it would make a big difference if the bathrooms in the maternity ward could be renovated or improved. Having access to warm showers and clean, comfortable facilities helps new mothers recover and feel refreshed after birth.

Thank you once again for the care and dedication your staff provide to mothers and babies. It truly makes a difference in our communities.
