Poor Customer Service

I’ll like to report 2 of your staff members that were so abrupt especially Priscilla.

I was at KFC Tshwane Mall and I was assisted by 49 Koketso (as it shows on the slip) who was friendly. I asked her about the chicken specials that you have. She told me about the streetwise 5 and 6 pieces. I opted for 6 pieces of Chicken. I asked her to please give me 2 thighs and other pieces then that rude Priscilla said “no you can’t give her 2 thighs. Customers are not allowed to choose pieces that are on specials” and I was so amused by that cos I’m a regular customer of KFC and I ALWAYS ask for at least 1/2 things depending on the number of the pieces I ordered. And why is it not written on the menu board that you can’t choose pieces on specials?

The way that girl (Priscilla) is so rude! She even went and told here other colleagues (the one I mentioned on my 1st sentence) I couldn’t get her name but she’s dark and has some sharpie teeth. When I was about to leave the store the other lady (allow me to call her Mrs Teeth) cos I didn’t get her name said to Koketso “wena ro tlo betha” meaning that they beat her up! What is that? Why are we always getting a bad treating from black people?

Please note that I’m gonna take this to hellopeter as well cos those girls are mean girls with POOR customer service!
