pep Money transfer theft
Good Morning writing this with a heavy heart the experience i got from Pep Home Tshwane regional mall store code 5752 store address shop No:GF31 region:LEGAE Gauteng province i am suspecting theft from the cashier that helped me process a money transfer of R1500,15 Minutes later that money was withdrawn at an ATM nearby the very same pep home something ***** happening in that store i will not let this go

Bad customer service
Bad customer service, my niece was not assisted she was returning baby formula because they board the wrong one, to my surprise Quincy the manager says she couldn't return it Your managers and supervisors must go for training especially on customer services, and policies I will not recommend any one to that store because they don't respect their customers

Bad customer service
Bad customer service, my niece was not assisted she was returning baby formula because they board the wrong one, to my surprise Quincy the manager says she couldn't return it Your managers and supervisors must go for training especially on customer services, and policies I will not recommend any one to that store because they don't respect their customers

Unprofessional Chinese dentist clinic
There is a dentist called SUN MJ in the mall the Chinese ppl work in there ,my mom went to the dentist but it happened that the Chinese man didn't have a proper understanding with her my mom said that the Chinese man harassed her and he treated her like a child shouting at her while she was trying to explain to him that she had a problem with her tooth so my mom ended up leaving I don't understand why south Africa allows when these foreigners take advantage of us not treating us well so please have a word with this dentist clinic thanks

PEP home at tshwane,...
PEP home at tshwane, first they don't have their name Badge, Secondly their service is very very poor with attitude to the customer, mybe they think we are poor thats why we shop at PEP home or because we are black they don't treat people with respect, Can the area manage talk to them please

Poor Customer Service
Good Day Admin I’ll like to report 2 of your staff members that were so abrupt especially Priscilla. I was at KFC Tshwane Mall and I was assisted by 49 Koketso (as it shows on the slip) who was friendly. I asked her about the chicken specials that you have. She told me about the streetwise 5 and 6 pieces. I opted for 6 pieces of Chicken. I asked her to please give me 2 thighs and other pieces then that rude Priscilla said “no you can’t give her 2 thighs. Customers are not allowed to choose pieces that are on specials” and I was so amused by that cos I’m a regular customer of KFC and I ALWAYS ask for at least 1/2 things depending on the number of the pieces I ordered. And why is it not written on the menu board that you can’t choose pieces on specials? The way that girl (Priscilla) is so rude! She even went and told here other colleagues (the one I mentioned on my 1st sentence) I couldn’t get her name but she’s dark and has some sharpie teeth. When I was about to leave the store the other lady (allow me to call her Mrs Teeth) cos I didn’t get her name said to Koketso “wena ro tlo betha” meaning that they beat her up! What is that? Why are we always getting a bad treating from black people? Please note that I’m gonna take this to hellopeter as well cos those girls are mean girls with POOR customer service!

Bad Service at Tshwane Regional Mall and their Security
I was really diturbed and ****ed off by one of the security officers at Tshwane Regional Mall Today. The guy literally drgged a little boy into the Emergency Exit and continuously hit him merely for eating pie inside the Mall even though he had his face mask on the chin, I knocked on the door I then heard the guy bridging a gun behind a closed door I then went around the mall asking other Security Officers for the Center Management and their management offices, I was subsequently reffered to one of the managers there, however nothing was done because I couldn't find that poor little boy.
