Betway is a **** and people should stop falling for this ****, I placed a bet that Israel and Paraguay will draw, the game drew until exactly at 90 minutes and Paraguay only scored after 90 minutes, but my ticket lost. I even have the screen shot to prove it.😯😯😓😡😡

Regardless of million phone calls I make every week and thousand emails I'm writing everyday asking for help still nobody cares to help, I've logged million tickets, I've been told the technical team will call back to assist yet nobody has ever gotten back to me...I regret everyday of my life for taking your stupid wifi rooter contract now I'm stuck with something that's not working yet being paid for😡😡😡

Disappearing tickets
I placed a bet for Belgium lottery which is supposed to draw tonight and my ticket has been pending for the past 3 days then for some weird reason today when I check my pending tickets I found that my ticket has disappeared. It’s not appearing under open nor settled since last night I’ve been trying to get hold of the betway agents numerous times to find out what happened to my ticket and nobody cares to help I waited online for an agent, but nobody at all I’m really disappointed by the service I’m getting here and it’s not the first time

Pep disappointment
I had a very bad experience at Pep Store Mamelodi Denneboom. I bought clothes for my son only to find that the clothes are smaller on him, I went back to the store for exchange and I was told that I do not have the correct slip for my request, the slip that I'm having is the wrong one only to find that the very same slip they are talking about it's a store copy which was supposed to be in store. The cashier erroneously gave me the store copy and kept the slip which was supposed to be mine in store and now the store tells me that there is nothing they can do, they won't even be able to trace my transaction on their system so that I can get the correct slip now I have to stuck with the items that I won't be able to use because of their own mistake...I'm very disappointed in Pep

Yesterday I wrote a review which was later removed by hello Peter, unfortunately my query it's still not resolved, I still have not received my winnings from Betway and now I don't know what to do and where else to go to seek help.

Payment scam
This evening I matched 3 numbers on tea time on this slip ID 206482311, but there was no payment to my account and to my surprise the betting status has been settled without any payment and no one is there to help me despite all my endeavours of trying to communicate on chatroom and phone calls are not being answered....I'm not happy at all, last time money just disappeared from my Betway account now this.

Poor service
I really don't understand the kind of service I'm receiving from Multichoice lately, this is my second month paying without watching TV. I don't owe them, but the it keeps giving me numerous error messages which can't be fixed. I've made numerous calls, but all I can get is just a poor service from incompetent call centre agents and the WhatsApp service is the poorest service ever...I'm tired honestly

Bad Service at Tshwane Regional Mall and their Security
I was really diturbed and ****ed off by one of the security officers at Tshwane Regional Mall Today. The guy literally drgged a little boy into the Emergency Exit and continuously hit him merely for eating pie inside the Mall even though he had his face mask on the chin, I knocked on the door I then heard the guy bridging a gun behind a closed door I then went around the mall asking other Security Officers for the Center Management and their management offices, I was subsequently reffered to one of the managers there, however nothing was done because I couldn't find that poor little boy.

GT Cellular was just a scam
These scam took my cellphone for repairs in February and I've been trying to get hold of them ever since then I could not get hold of them until yesterday, I got contact details of a former sales consultant only to tell me that the company has been liquidated. The sad part is that the debit order is still running every month paying for something which I don't have
