Application department is a mess, both over the call and online system. For 2 weeks now, I cannot upload documents. I called in and they took me step by step as to how to upload, but still, they can't see my documents on the other end. worse part, i have an option of 4 courses when i apply, but they can only see one. I call in, they tell me "maam your application is going to be rejected anyway cause you app**** for masters and you don't have a PGDip, and all the other causes you app**** for says 2025" Only after I loose it, I am told their system has an issue, referred to someone else who asked me to send my documents via email with a screenshot of what i app**** for, and i did attached my PGDip. And I was told, i should check the system later in the afternoon, all my courses will be showing. Over 24hrs now, still not showing, I call in, spoke to Jack, Jack went to speak to Tsakane, and Tsakane confidently said she has not attended to any emails, even after I was told to check the system same afternoon. Can TUT kindly please take us seriously. Next thing I will be receiving a rejection note due to outstanding documents, wherelse it was their mad system. I am also being advised to come to campus, and for what when you have an online system I don't understand. The same way they are at work, I am currently at work, now tell me when and where I should get the time to go sit at TUT the entire day!?
