AT THIS POINT I AM HAVING FIGHTS WITH RAIN ON A WEEKLY BASIS. ONE ISSUE IS SOLVED, ANOTHER ONE STARTS. I REQUESTED SIM SWAP FROM RAIN ON SATURDAY, THEY SAID 3-5 DAYS. TODAY I RECEIVE AN EMAIL SAYING THEY CANT GET HOLD OF ME. WHEN I GO ON THE WEBSITE TO "ASK RAIN" I AM TOLD I DIDNT REQUEST ANY SIM SWAP AND THAT I SHOULD GO TO THE NEAREST STORE TO DO THE SIM SWAP. SINCE WHEN DO WE DO THAT??? AND WHAT EMAIL DID I JUST RECEIVE IF THEY DONT DO SIM SWAPS.
Rain is full of nonsense! my account was due for r589 on the 1st, on the 2nd i did a promise to pay with r50, and on the 3rd i paid the remaining balance. My internet is not working, they're telling me i am owing them r539. when i ask what happened to the one i paid on the 3rd they said its subscription credit but my promise to pay is still outstanding. when i ask them to take the credit and pay the balance of the promise to pay they tell me they cant do that. how does this make sense? why would i have credit and still be owing at the same time?
Application department is a mess, both over the call and online system. For 2 weeks now, I cannot upload documents. I called in and they took me step by step as to how to upload, but still, they can't see my documents on the other end. worse part, i have an option of 4 courses when i apply, but they can only see one. I call in, they tell me "maam your application is going to be rejected anyway cause you app**** for masters and you don't have a PGDip, and all the other causes you app**** for says 2025" Only after I loose it, I am told their system has an issue, referred to someone else who asked me to send my documents via email with a screenshot of what i app**** for, and i did attached my PGDip. And I was told, i should check the system later in the afternoon, all my courses will be showing. Over 24hrs now, still not showing, I call in, spoke to Jack, Jack went to speak to Tsakane, and Tsakane confidently said she has not attended to any emails, even after I was told to check the system same afternoon. Can TUT kindly please take us seriously. Next thing I will be receiving a rejection note due to outstanding documents, wherelse it was their mad system. I am also being advised to come to campus, and for what when you have an online system I don't understand. The same way they are at work, I am currently at work, now tell me when and where I should get the time to go sit at TUT the entire day!?
I got a flexicare insurance cover through Hippo. When I call Discovery they say I should be assisted by Hippo since i didnt apply with them directly. The horrible service i am getting from Hippo. I complained before and they actually changed my advisor, my second advisor is not doing any better, zero communication, I have been sending emails since July and since he said he will get back to me, till today, he doesnt respond to my follow up emails. At this point i want to cancel my cover and take it directly with Discovery. My stress is having to wait the waiting periods again. Please if you want to join anything please do so directly with the company and stay away from Hippo
One thing i will tell you is they will debit your account! Whether you pay months upfront, at the end of the month they will still debit your account. Send them an email asking why, you'll never get a response
I have been in process of applying for sacpcmp since May. There are multiple steps you have to go through, and also with an estimation of how long each stage takes. Not a single stage has gone according to their estimation. After every estimated time, you have to send through multiple emails and calls before they can move you to the next step. They never just process the next step before you make a complain. And now this time i have sent so many emails i have lost hope. And my worry is the late response is now making me miss 2025 exam dates, when i was hoping if i didnt make it through i could do my rewrite before the year ends cause i know again you wait half a year to get your certificate after payment. This company is such a drag for it to be this compulsory. If we had anywhere else to do our certificates we would surely do them elsewhere
I went in store to port my cellc esim to telkom esim on the 14th, and paid R100.00 But still nothing, my sim is still under cellc and working just fine. I tried to call Telkom Wonderpark to ask what going on, their number is not going through. Next thing i will be asked to pay again
Ridiculous services. You do an eye test, you have to call management to beg them to confirm that your appointment was claimed for just so you get your script. It took me 10days to get a script after kicking and screaming. What normal people would want to make their clients angry before they attend to them?? Stupid
Did an eye test on the 7th of June. Have been waiting for my script since. I have been calling every single day and they keep telling me they need to speak to management and will call me back. Not even once have they called me back, its my responsibility to do so. I decide to go to another branch to do my eye test, and im being told they claimed on my medical yet they still cant give me my script. If i have to wait two weeks for a script, would i even want to continue purchasing glasses from you guys??? You are giving pathetic services, i wouldnt recommend you to any human being
Mcdonald quagga never opens 24hrs, they close at 22:00. They have cones from the gate blocking us to enter. yet they have a big board at the gate written "24hours 7days a week" its pathetic
